Paid time off (PTO) or vacation time
Allina Health supports employees maintaining a balance between work and other life activities. To foster a healthy work environment, Allina Health provides employees with paid time off (PTO combines traditional vacation, holiday and sick leave into a single “account” of paid leave or vacation), or vacation time, depending on eligibility classification. Both the paid time off and vacation programs offer you the flexibility to balance a busy life with responsibilities at work.
Medical, Vision and Dental plans
Allina Health offers several medical plan options to provide flexibility, different levels of coverage and premiums. Pharmacy, vision and hearing benefits are included in each of the Allina Health medical plan options. Allina also offers dental programs which cover 100% of the cost of preventive exams and cleanings every six months when using an in-network provider.
Eligible employees who choose to join the Well-being Program can earn rewards including credits toward your health care premiums, Amazon gift cards and more – by doing the things that matter to them/for their well-being.

Allina Health offers an employee assistance program (EAP) to provide employees with confidential assistance in resolving a variety of medical, personal, financial, emotional problems and/or concerns.
Retirement Savings Plan
Allina Health matches 50 cents on every dollar you contribute, up to two percent of your pay and you are immediately vested in this company match. Allina Health also makes an annual contribution depending on your years of service, ranging from 3 to 4.5 percent of your eligible pay. Employees are vested in the annual contribution balance after two years.
