401(k) Retirement Plan

Texas Health Resources offers a 401(k) retirement plan, which you can join anytime and make pre-tax or Roth after-tax contributions. After one year of service, Texas Health will match up to 6% of pay, starting with 75 cents for every dollar contributed which goes up from there.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

They offer PTO which increases with years of service.

Community Time Off (CTO)

With Texas Health Resources you can get paid to volunteer and help them to support their mission to “improve the health of the people in the communities we serve.” You can volunteer with local non-profit groups to help you help your community and get paid to do it!

Tuition Reimbursement

They also take care for your career development. The Employer offers tuition reimbursement for full-time and some part-time employees. Depending on your employee status, student status, and type of degree, you can receive between $2,000 – $5,250 per year for tuition and fees on approved clinical or non-clinical degrees!

Medical Benefits

THR offers 5 different medical plan options and pays over 80% of the premium cost for full-time employees. You can also choose from 3 dental plan options through Aetna; 2 PPOs and a dental HMO and even opt for a vision plan through Superior Vision. 

Health and Wellness 

The Texas based Health Employer also offers a number of great health and wellness benefits including their Be Healthy program, an employee assistance program, a weight management program, a healthy pregnancy program and support for quitting smoking.
