When you think ‘work’? What comes to mind? A set of cubicles, some old desktops, that sinking feeling you seem to only get on Sunday nights? Yeah, it’s tough out there. But, there are a handful of companies putting a lot of effort into making it easier for you to get up and love going to work in the morning. At first glance, you might have to rub your eyes a few times, but once you’re done doing that, it’s hard not to look away. As more and more companies realize the importance of balancing work with life, they are investing in perks and benefits that try to make the, on average 47 hours a week, at work, feel a little less …blah… Check out a few of the companies offering some stellar perks to their employees.

Oh and of course, a free case of Red Bull every month.
AirBnBers could travel the world and still not find perks like the ones offered at their company. With benefits like $2,000 stipends for every employee to travel wherever they want, to company yoga, sailing and ping pong days; it’s hard to imagine ever wanting to leave.
Employees don’t have to search long for Yahoo’s benefits; they offer a broad variety, inside and outside of the office. Their offices all contain on-site fitness centers offering complimentary kickboxing, pilates and golf classes. If you’re not into working out all the time, why not relax? All Yahoo offices are also equipped with ergonomic support chairs and free healthy snacks and drinks on every floor.
