15 Hospitals with a modern company culture in the Northern US

Christina Omlor

Did you know that when it comes to organizational culture in the healthcare industry, better, more inclusive cultures have an impact on the quality of patient care? In fact, a growing body of evidence links cultures and quality. Researchers have discovered that the degree of an institution’s cultural change was directly linked to how the patients did and hospitals that made more substantial changes in their work culture realized larger and more sustained drops in heart attack mortality rates!

Here at kununu, one of the world’s largest employer rating platforms, we’ve recently launched our culture compass. This means that for every employer who has at least two culture reviews on our site, you can now see exactly what real employees have to say about the culture at these organizations. We’ve now used this data to find the top 15 healthcare employers in the northern states with the most modern cultures. Here you can see if those hospitals have a culture better oder below average and to which point, their employees are satisfied with the company culture compared to the average. If you can’t find yours, maybe it’s time to leave your impression.
